1. About the service

Mindful Theory Driving is operated by Mindful Gaming UK. We provide UK driving theory revision, mock tests, hazard perception practice, Highway Code study, AI-supported explanations and related learning tools.

2. Categories and subscriptions

New learners choose a licence category: Car, Motorcycle, PCV, HGV or ADI. Each category plan starts with a 3-day trial and then continues as a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout unless cancelled.

Legacy users may still have older grouped or fixed-term access. Those legacy arrangements can continue according to the access already granted, but new public sign-ups use the current category monthly plans.

3. Trial and renewal

Your checkout page shows the trial period, renewal price and renewal schedule. If you do not want the subscription to renew, cancel before the trial or billing period ends from your account page.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel from Account. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not normally remove access already paid for, and trial access remains available until the trial window ends unless the account is closed for misuse.

5. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Do not share paid access with others or use automated scraping tools.

6. Study material and DVSA content

Where applicable, theory content is based on DVSA-licensed material and Crown Copyright terms. Mindful Theory Driving is not DVSA, DVLA or GOV.UK. Official theory test bookings and licence services must be completed through official government routes.

7. AI tutor features

AI tutor features are study aids. They can explain concepts and help you review confusing topics, but they are not a substitute for official rules, legal advice, professional driving instruction or safe judgement on the road.

8. Android app

If your subscription supports app access, you can sign in to the Android app with the same account. App features may differ from the website while mobile tools are being improved.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls or security checks.
• Do not copy, redistribute or resell protected content.
• Do not submit abusive, unlawful or unsafe content to support or AI features.
• Do not overload the service with automated requests.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, payment provider issues or app store review delays can affect availability.

11. Refunds and billing support

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact info@mindfultheorydriving.org with your account email and transaction details. We will review the issue fairly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be published on this page.
